If you use Lync Mobile Client to access Lync Server infrastructure you have to know some details for a successfull connection and logon. For a fully deployed Lync infrastructure inclusive Lync autodiscover you have to know only the Lync Sign-in address and your Windows password. The Sign-in Address is the Lync sip address and is typically equal to your mail address.
Type in the requested Information and press Sign-in.

If the Windows logon name is different from sip address you have to use advanced client configuration to set the Windows logon name. You can also set Lync Server manually if autodiscovery do not work as aspected.
