By default it is only possible to configure
static schedules for Active Directory Inter Site Replication. The smallest
interval possible is 15 min.
If you have perfomant WAN links to your sites you can configure a site to
replicate like a local DC.
To configure a site like this you have to open
Active Directory Sites and Services -> Inter-Site Transport
-> IP ->
Open the properties of the site and go to Attribute Editor.
Browse to the Attribute „options“ and set it to „1“. If you click ok you see
the value 0x1 = (USE_NOTIFY).
